One Shot sequencing MTP
For our sequencings all necessary services are included:
- Full read length up to 1000 bases
- Sequencing with state of the art ABI 3130XL / 3730XL devices
- Sequencing reaction, capillary run, data analysis and -sending all inclusive
- Adjustment of samples (measurement, calculation, solving or concentration)
- Customer primers are taken without extra charge
- Standard primers are supplied without extra charge

For each sequencing reaction 0,2µg of DNA per 1kb template size are necessary (i.e. for pUC plasmids about 0,6µg).
All prices for custom DNA sequencing are calculated per sequencing read.

One Shot MTP 96 samples have to be delivered in a 96 well multititer plate (MTP).
All samples have to have a similar concentration, and have to be sequenced with the same primer. Alternatively an corresponding primer plate could be delivered in which the to-be-used primers are in the same well as the sample in the template plate.
