DNA fragment amplification

IIT Biotech offer two different DNA amplification services dependend on fragment length and complexity.

For short (less than 2000 bp) templates without difficult regions the DNA amplification 2000 service product is used.

If the template has a high or very low GC content or the fragment size is 2000-5000 bp, the DNA amplification 5000 advanced service has to be taken.
