Species anaylsis
Procariotic or eucariotic species can be identified by amplification and sequencing from a rDNA region of a given sample (purified DNA or procariotic or eucariotic material) .
For 16 S rDNA of bacteria a combination of the following IIT Biotech standard primers is used:

For 18 S rDNA of eucariots a combination of the following IIT Biotech standard primers is used:

18 S revers primers r1487 r1825 |
The results will be delivered as sequence data together with BLAST or specific rDNA analysis.
