Custom sample analysis

IIT Biotech provides different types of custom sample analysis.

Species analysis

For identifying procariotic or eucariotic species a region of the 16S or 18S rDNA (respectively) is amplified and sequenced. On comparing the rDNA sequence with specific databases species can be clearly identified.

If there is some doubt, which meat is really in your pork sausage you can handle to us a sample and we will identify the meat species inside.

If you have trouble with fading plants a specific, more and more common fungus may play a role:

In some planting soils Verticillium dahliae is present. This mushroom will induce i.e. potato earky dying (PED), strawberry fading and even prevent growing of some trees. We can make a fast check, if this fugus is present in a soil sample.
